The US army alpha black tactical, as Tippmann calls it, looks likes the M-16. It is a semi-automatic upgraded version of the alpha black. The stock is adjustable upto six positions and features built in sights. It looks like the real thing and has an 11″ barrel for high performance. The tool kit is included in the removable magazine holder. Being a basic version the alpha black tactical has limited upgradability.
The Tippmann US Army Sniper Gun Set, like other Tippmann products, comes with the quick release feeder elbow and the new e-trigger system. It is made from die cast aluminum, is completely serviceable, has a stainless steel gas line and an in-line bolt system. The standard kit includes the marker itself, a 20 oz aluminum carbon dioxide tank, the standard 200 round hopper, a mask and a 6+1 harness.
The long 11″ barrel makes the gun very accurate. It has an inline bolt mechanism similar to 98 custom. The internal mechanism is rugged and can withstand heavy usage or abuse. In the semi auto mode the gun fires upto 8 rounds per second. Anti chop feature is not included. It has very limited number of accessories and upgrades.
