Childrens party bags for weddings
At a recent family wedding there were a small number of children under the age of 7 years attending with their parents . The bride very wisely included the children in the diy wedding favours made by herself.
At the table in front of the children’s place cards where not only the traditional almonds in the love heart shapes in a silver box but also a clear plastic favor box in the shape of a teddy bear filled with dolly mixtures.
A cheap and inexpensive young peoples place card could be a name tag wrapped around the napkin. They were put inside a wonderful wedding gift of a cup . A Disney cartoon figure on the front with the child’s name written above the cartoon picture.
As the children were also given bubbles as a wedding favour squeals of delight were heard around the room. After their dinner each child had a good time blowing bubbles to each other and eating the sweets . They tried all night to drink as much juice as their parents would allow out of their now favorite mug.
Another wedding we attended the bride had given the children a glass with their name on the front and a funny cartoon figure. The glass was filled with children’s favorite candy. The bride and groom handed the children a cute tiny personalised tradition bear. With the children’s christian name . The date of wedding and bride and grooms name. The boys were given little chocolate racing cars inside silver tankards
Another idea for a young girls gift bag would be to fill to the brim with dressing up accessories. The color pink is generally a favorite color with young girls. The party bag could include a bright pink boa and tiara. Also include a pink link balm in the flavour strawberry. When filling the childrens gift bag remember and fill the bag with sweets .
Not forgetting the boys. A good choice for a childrens wedding favor would be a magic party bag ? The boys will be kept amused. Brides can include a wriggly worm in luminous green and a fish which reportley tells everyones fortune when placed in the palm of your hand. The wedding guests can be kept amused at the evening reception by the children telling them their fortune.
