Another alternative, of course, is the DIY suntan with products you can easily buy at a pharmacy. If you like the idea of being able to give yourself a tan whenever you want, the following points about self sun tanning will interest you.
One thing about the self tanning market is you won’t get bored looking at all that is available to choose from. Take your pick; you can apply these products as a cream, lotions, and then there are powder form and even sprays. Which of these you want to use will depend on what you’re most comfortable with. Overall, you will notice in time that the particular ingredients used in a product will mainly determine how good your tan looks. But your preference for application is unique, and you may want to use a spray over something else, for example. There is one ingredient to look for, DHA, and many people feel they have the best results with it.

Melanin allows the skin to tan easier, and Tyrosine can increase the amount of melanin – but we don’t have any solid proof for this being a good way to get a tan. But the direct taking of a vitamin will not give you a tan at all. You probably already take a good mineral and vitamin supplement. So we only suggest you use a reputable and quality self tanning product to get a great and natural looking tan.
Self sun tanning products are safe and will allow you have a terrific tan that looks good and healthy. There’s probably no better way to know which one is right for you until you try some and find out. There will always be variations with different skin when it comes to tanning and self tanning.
